Quantities and rates are only as reliable as the properties behind them. Teams need to know which property sets, classifications and identifiers each element actually carries.

How the analysis works
- Read property sets and classifications per element.
- Associate properties with the element’s IFC GlobalId.
- Flag where expected properties are absent (feeds gap analysis).
